Shipping Policy

At Aaksh, all our pieces are made-to-order, keeping sustainability and conscious production at the heart of what we do. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:

1. Processing Time

Since each piece is handcrafted only after your order is placed, please allow 7–15 working days for production. We’ll notify you once your order is ready and shipped.

For any urgent requirements you can Dm us on our instagram page. If it will be possible we will assist you over there.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: A nominal fee of 120/- is applicable on all orders.

  • Cash on Delivery : Currently not available.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a message will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp. 

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (weather, logistics, festivals) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. Aaksh is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unattended parcels.

7. Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on production timelines. You’ll be informed accordingly.
